Meet your coach

I am Pete Neumann, a supramaximal exercise practitioner and fitness and nutrition geek who has completely abandoned the gym for high-intensity, bodyweight training techniques. I cracked the diet and exercise code about 5 years ago after slogging through the usual gyms and injuries for several decades. Now, I am leaner, healthier, stronger, and faster at 51 than I have ever been. If I can do it, you can do it.

Helping my fellow man achieve fitness and athleticism is my true passion. I've been training co-workers in offices, and holding classes and private training sessions in parks, on beaches, on tracks, and on stairs. Over 450 classes and a ton of personal training sessions ... no repeats of workouts ... no exercise-related injuries ... lots of six-packs ... lots of fit, happier people.

Why should you follow my training plan to get ready for your event? Because I have personally and remotely coached over 100 people, at all fitness levels, for Tough Mudders, Spartan Races, etc. Every single person finished their event without issues and with a minimum amount of struggle. I took a team of 5 to the Camp Pendelton World Famous Mud Run (10K) this Summer, and we breezed through the course. An even bigger crew whipped through the Tough Mudder SoCal…in fact, three of us met for a workout the following morning.
