Tough Mudders are just that…TOUGH. You’ll need to run about 12 miles and get yourself through over 20 physically demanding obstacles. You don’t just want to survive your event. You want to enjoy it and help others through the hard parts. This will require training for both strength and endurance. It’s difficult to improve both of those elements at the same time—especially if you have a limited amount of time.
